Payment Terms

Estimated pricing

I understand that the estimated price of my project may not be accurate and that it depends on how much work is involved to complete the project. I understand that the description of the work to be performed may not be an accurate or full description of what I really want or need. I understand that the scope of the project may change during the course of the project and that this affects the price.

Deposit amount

I understand that no work will be performed on the project until a specified deposit is received by Pelicom Technologies, Inc. I understand that this deposit is fifty (50) percent of the estimated price of the project. I also understand that there will be a "sign-off" ceremony to complete the project, at which time the full payment for the project minus the deposit amount is due.

Penalties

I understand that payments received to Pelicom Technologies, Inc. past the payment date as stated on my invoice will result in a weekly 1% late fee of the sum of the balance owed on the invoice plus any previous late fees. Additionally, I understand that Pelicom Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to take down my site if I have any late payment for any service rendered by Pelicom Technologies, Inc., including but not limited to website development and website hosting.

Changes to the website

I understand that after the sign-off ceremony I have a two (2) week grace period to request changes that were within the scope of the project. During this grace period, any requests outside the scope of the project will be billed as a separate invoice. After the grace period, any changes to the website regardless of scope will be considered updates and charged as a separate invoice.
